Bear Creek at Vintage Oaks is known for its beautiful views, overlooking rolling land and dramatic vistas. Lots in this neighborhood range from 1 to 2 acres. Wide greenbelt lots and mature trees are also featured in this community. Bear Creek is well situated within Vintage Oaks, being adjacent to numerous walking trails and within walking distance to the pool and playground area.
Access to Bear Creek is a breeze with Vintage Oaks’ new entrance off of FM 2722. Canyon Ranch at Vintage Oaks is all about privacy, views, and natural beauty. After driving through Canyon Ranch’s gated entrance, you’ll be met with a beautiful landscape spotted with ponds and streams. Topography varies greatly within Canyon Ranch, making it the perfect place to build a new home if you’re looking to have views for miles. Lots in Canyon Ranch range from 1-7 acres. Many lots in the area are heavily wooded with mature trees. Canyon Ranch at Vintage oaks is located in the northern edge of Vintage Oaks, so you can appreciate the varying topography within Vintage Oaks as you drive to your new home.
The easiest way to get to Canyon Ranch is by entering Vintage Oaks on Via Principale and following the road to the end of the community.
East Ranch has historic significance within Vintage Oaks as it served as the homestead for the original ranch owners – dating back to the 1800s- where the community sits. East Ranch features showcases views and greenbelt 1-2 acre lots and is adjacent to numerous walking trails. East Ranch also features easy access to Vintage Oaks’ resort style amenities. This section is just a short walk away from the world-class fitness club that offers work-out classes, a lap pool, cardio area, and a spa to name a few. East Ranch also features homes by many of Vintage Oaks’ builders- so there isn’t a shortgage of options.

Featuring homes by three of Vintage Oaks’ most popular builders, this section offers homes on lots ranging from 50 to 70 feet wide. Homes in The Grove typically range from 2100 to 3500+ square feet and have access to all of of Vintage Oaks’ wonderful amenities. Due to the smaller lot sizes, special attention has been given to privacy fencing as well as how homes are situated to maximize views of the rolling topography and 100 acres of scenic open space that surround The Grove.

Horses are also allowed (and encouraged) in Vineyard Ranch, which is unique to this section of Vintage Oaks. This is by far the most exclusive section of Vintage Oaks. The Reserve at Vintage Oaks offers a more intimate setting within the community. Offering views of hillsides and meadows, the numerous greenbelt lots at the Reserve may be exactly what you’re looking for. This section is bordered by winding community trails and is within walking and biking distance to all the amenities Vintage Oaks has to offer. Homesites in The Reserve start at 1 acre and feature gentle, rolling topography making building easier. Mature oak trees dot the landscape in this section and the views go on for miles, creating a park-like setting.
The Reserve features a private entrance off of Highway 46 and a dedicated road to Vintage Oaks’ numerous amenity centers.
Looking for privacy and mature trees? Deer Creek is a great option. Featuring numerous private homesites, Deer Creek offers expansive views of heavily wooded hill country. This section offers 1+ acre lots to build your custom home. Located in the rear corner of Vintage Oaks, Deer Creek backs up to a private ranch that offers a more rustic setting. All of Vintage Oaks’ amenities are still very convenient to homes in this section. Mature, 100 year old oak trees are scattered throughout the landscape and cul-de-sac lots are available.
The easiest way to get to Deer Creek is to take Via Principale off of Highway 46 and branch off to the left through Timber Ridge.
Timber Ridge offers some of the most expansive views in Vintage Oaks. This newer neighborhood in Vintage Oaks offers cul-de-sac homesites, mature oak trees and high elevations/interesting topography that lend to long views and privacy. Situated in the back of the community, the one-plus acre homesites at Timber Ridge offer unique landscapes for your future home. Additional privacy surrounds Timber Ridge as it is surrounded by a greenbelt. Timbe Ridge is also adjacent to the Timber Ridge Park, Vintage Oak’s newest addition. This 23 acre park features zen-like areas for relaxation and stunning views of the Texas Hill Country.
Timber Ridge can be accessed via the Highway 46/Via Principale entrace.
Situated at the very end of Via Principale, The Canyons at Vintage Oaks offers high elevations overlooking interesting topography. Many lots are on greenbelts and cul-de-sacs for additional privacy. The Canyons offers some of the most sought-after views in Vintage Oaks, creating a rustic ambiance while maintaining ease of access to Vintage Oaks’ multiple amenity centers as well as Highway 46. Lots in the Canyons start at 1 acre and feature heavily wooded landscapes with mature trees. The Canyons is one of the closest communities to the Amenity Center and Timber Ridge Park in Vintage Oaks.
We recommend entering Vintage Oaks through the Via Principale entrance to get to the Canyons.
Champagne Hills is the newest of the gated communities in Vintage Oaks. Massive oak trees and panoramic views, along with direct access to walking trails are just some of the highlights of homesites in Chapagne Hills. Lots in this section range from 1-2 acres. Greenbelt and cul-de-sac lots are easy to come by and are the perfect location for your Texas Hill Country home. You will be greeted by gentle rolling topography when driving through the private, gated entrance to Champagne Hills. This community is located along the eastern edge of Vintage Oaks and is bordered by The Canyons and The Bluffs at Vintage Oaks.
The easiest way to get to Champagne Hills is by entering Vintage Oaks on Vintage Way off of Highway 46, turning right on Appellation and immediately turning right on Diretto Dr. Champagne Oaks will be on your left, with an entrance on Pinot Blanc.
Silver Oaks is a beautiful section of Vintage Oaks that features ease of access to the amenities center, as well as Timber Ridge Park. Lots range from 1-2.42 acres and have amazing views and some of the oldest oak trees in Vintage Oaks. Silver Oaks is the perfect location to build your Hill Country home if you are looking for walkability to the Clubhouse, walking trails, and other amenities Vintage Oaks has to offer.
Just follow Via Principale off of Highway 46 and you will be at Silver Oaks in no time.
