It is important to identify land that will allow you to obtain the size, architectural style and features you would like in your custom home, while staying comfortably within your budget. Wilson’s team will provide a free lot evaluation that includes feedback on topography, optimal orientation, and construction to name a few.

Designing Your Plans

Adam’s design team is fantastic at implementing the architectural and functional features you want in your home. He is known for his intelligent floor plans that make the most out of space and working around the natural landscape to maximize the ambiance of his homes. Adam Wilson strives to have plans finalized before any construction begins to minimize change orders as well as ensure that expectations are met at the highest level- without any surprises. Once his architect and designer have finalized the plans, his team will provide a detailed custom proposal for your new home.

Constructing Your Custom Home

Once plans have been drawn up and a contract has been sign, Wilson’s team will navigate the HOA approval and permit process. Prior to breaking ground, you will have a pre-construction meeting where Adam and his team will discuss the construction process in more depth as well as review the selections you have chosen for your custom home.

Throughout the build process, Adam will provide weekly updates outlining the current status as well as the draw schedule. Draws are typically made at construction milestones, such as when the slab is poured, and framing/drywall. Meetings will consistently take place to verify your selections prior to install as well as ensure that you are satisfied with installed items. Once your custom home has been constructed, Wilson’s team will meet with you to discuss maintenance you should do on your home.
